Privacy notice

What we collect

This site collects personal data in three places, and nowhere else.

• Contact form. Your name, email address and — if you provide them — company, phone number, area of interest and the message you write. We also store the time of submission and the IP address the request came from, for spam prevention.
• Newsletter signup. Your email address only.
• Analytics. Anonymised usage data, and only if you accept analytics cookies. Decline and no analytics script is loaded at all.

Why we collect it

Contact form data is used to respond to your enquiry and, where a commercial relationship follows, to administer it. Newsletter data is used solely to send the newsletter. Analytics data is used to understand which of our published research is useful.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not use it to build profiles across other websites.

How long we keep it

Contact enquiries are retained for 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Cookies

We use one first-party item of local storage to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@anixsolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Data processors

We use third parties to host this website, store its database and deliver email. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and processes data only on our instructions.
