About Anix

Built to close the gap between advice and delivery

Founded in 2011 by three consultants and two engineers who were tired of watching good strategy die in implementation. Today we are 180 people across San Francisco, London and Singapore, and we still staff every engagement the same way.

Why Anix

Four disciplines, one accountable team

  • N.001

    Strategy

Where to play and how to win, built from your unit economics rather than a market report.

  • N.002

    Technology

Senior engineers building production systems, not a delivery centre working from someone else's spec.

  • N.003

    Transformation

Operating model, process and adoption designed together, so the capability actually gets used.

  • N.004

    Delivery

Fortnightly working software, a named partner in the weekly, and a benefits review against the case.

How we work

Four steps from first call to live system

  1. 01

    Talk to us

A 45-minute working session with a partner. You leave with a sized opportunity, engaged or not.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

We instrument what is actually happening and size the opportunity in cash terms.

  3. 03

    Design & build

Target operating model and architecture, then working software every fortnight.

  4. 04

    Hand over

Runbooks, test coverage and a 90-day benefits review against the original business case.

What our clients say

Rebecca Sandoval

North Meridian Insurance

Two firms had told us the mainframe replacement was a three-year, one-cutover programme. Anix showed up in week three and said the sequencing was wrong, not the scope. They were right, and they proved it with our own claims data rather than a benchmark.

Tom Beaumont

Tessera Payments

What I did not expect was that our own engineers would end up running it. There was no handover event — they were in the standups from the first sprint. Nine months after go-live we have not raised a single support ticket with Anix.

Anneke de Vries

Harrow Industrial Group

They told us our own business case was overstated by about 30% before we had signed anything. That cost them margin and bought them a five-year relationship.

Dr. Michael Chen

Cascade Health Partners

The compliance committee approved an AI deployment on first submission, which has never happened here. The evaluation evidence and the model documentation were simply better than anything we had seen from a vendor.

Sarah Okafor

Ardent Logistics

Partner-level attention was not a sales promise. Amara was in our weekly steering for fourteen months and read every paper before the meeting rather than during it.
